I was experimenting with this amazing photomanipulation style that I've seen floating around DA that uses a lot of light, white, blues and screen/lighten/soft light blending options. I decided to give it a go, and this is the result. My best piece to date, and a really helpful expression for all the economic, international and academic stress I've been subjected to lately. :love:

I have decided to dedicate this piece to my amazing wife, and our mutual obsession with vampires and Anne Rice's amazing Vampire Chronicles. :blowkiss:

Yes, the title was inspired by the model. She looks rather vampyric, dont you think? *mjranum chose a spectacular model for this shoot!

You are definitely getting better. like fine wine. This is a very nice piece. I like the light aspect. Most artist's are toning that down. You don't see that contrast much any more.Tthe wave seem to improach on the model really softly all most joining her...

Indeed, I do believe I am as well.
I fell in love with the light concept. I think I might be doing more pieces exploring that concept. It might have gotten old, but it has sparked my interest.
